Overseas warehouse operation process:

1. Order reception and processing: Overseas warehouses are usually hosted by cross-border e-commerce platforms or third-party logistics companies.

When the customer places an order, the order information will be sent to the overseas warehouse, and the staff will process the order in a timely manner, including picking, packaging and printing waybills.

2. Warehousing and management of goods: Overseas warehouses will receive goods from suppliers on a regular basis, and these goods will be stored after customs clearance and acceptance.

After storage, each item will be assigned a unique identification code to facilitate tracking and management.

3. Inventory management and inventory: Overseas warehouses need to conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.

6. Delivery and tracking: The overseas warehouse will be responsible for sending the package to the destination country and updating the logistics information simultaneously.

Customers can track the logistics status of the package through the provided waybill number, as well as the estimated delivery time.

In addition to the above main operation processes, overseas warehouses also need to consider the quality management of goods, return processing, after-sales customer service and other aspects of the operation process.
